The Admirals are stationed at Navy HQ, where they are busy with something

"Everything going on" sounds like many things are happening concurrently. Yet, the Admirals are not send out anywhere. They are at HQ. I think there is a high likelyhood that they plan another public execution. Of course Akainu will surpass Sengoku, so perhaps two criminals will face death. instead of one. I have a pair in mind, but I wrote this here so often already...
