He’s gonna have the Galilea giants as his crew like I think he was trying to do 8 years ago before shanks stopped him
And unlike oden being close in power to Rayleigh and gaban
loki is multiple teirs above Zoro and sanji combined
Infact Lokis is probably even above luffy in terms of strength another reason why he’s not joining

Aside from the obvious M3 parallel, Luffy's crew works more similar to Shanks'.
Just a "balanced crew" (it just means the SHs dont have random fodders like random gifters, baroque works millions, etc).
Which also makes me hopeful that Usopp will still have at least 1 more significant role to play, due to Yasopp being one of Shanks' top officers alongside beckmann and roux.

Kaido vs Yamato is completely misinterpreted because people take that at face value.
It's Yamato vs her father, the big baddie of the arc.
There's an emotional stake here.
Also the best moment to showcase how, despite everything, Yamato very much mimics Kaido's fighting style because she learned how to fight by getting her ass beat by him for years.
These stuff are almost never taken at face value.
But powerscalers don't have working brains.
It powerscalers were MtG players, they would be Gruul players.
