General & Others It's Okay to Drop the Series

The series is too advanced for people who follow it for over a decade to just drop it, so reading a chapter once a week or once every two weeks, even if it's just skipping through the summary and raws like I sometimes do if I can't be bothered reading the entire thing, is just about fine. The rest of the time can be spent comfortably ranting, shit posting, trolling and power scaling.
Look around. It's not about "trolling", it's hate and it's not normal and not the result of a this either:
I've seen this movement flourish for multiple decades now. What is happening now was already happening 20 years ago. It's just stronger because of the way internet is organized.
It's not a bias or a fallacy. It's a simple form of social bonding. A movement of social validity based on bad reading practices and a chain reaction of hatred.
But I'm glad that people are starting to notice. Maybe these years of screaming in the wind were worth it.

But inside the fanbase, for example here, there are pure bubbles of hatred. This is a problem because bubbles of hatred have a mathematical negative impact. It create and spreads the hatred. Now you can accept that if you want. I don't wanna.

There's nothing we can do about behavioral addiction involving a social ritual where people compensate by clinging to agendas.
It's territorial at this point, people aren't here to enjoy a story, but rather to defend territory they've invested in for years. Posting an insane amount in the chapter discussion threads is about spatial pressure. They drown out other people's thoughts by posting 10 times more than other people do.

I have accepted it . Been here 8 years and love all of it , both the enjoyers and the haters ….

You are clearly too emotionally attached to the topic . like every series there are things we bitch about and there are things that are interesting . I would be more worried about people who can’t seem to understand that . When you step outside , these arbitrary bubbles don’t really exist so get comfortable with that quickly .

Yes, but we are not outside. And it is people like me how have to deal with this hatred. Yes. We could leave, but it would destroy the purpose of having a community about something people love in the first place, wouldn't it?
Mate... I have been criticizing this toxicity for more than 15 years now.
I had time to understand it, analyze it and even create a comprehensive model for people to precisely understand why it happens the way it does. Literally predicting this global wave of hatred back in 2018 and has been lobbying this forum to do something about the problem since the FIRST day I got here back in 2021

I think your definition of a community differs from mine . When I discuss one piece I am open to potentially opinions that differ from mine but are done respectfully as far as parties in the discussion are concerned. I think if that’s your view point we aren’t going to see eye to eye on this and also if you wanted to create that pseudo bubble environment you envision please use the ignore and mute button.
