Oda has exposed Imu true face to readers. Loki, Sanji, Zoro, and giants see Imu face, not blob version. So I don't think oda would keep Imu secret from public since starwhats and his allies already seen Imu face. I think Luffy will definitely see Imu face on this arc since Sanji and Zoro saw Imu.

Since Imu is on the time limit. I expect it will gone wrong for him to have hasty decision leave more people see imu face like marines? Like oops mistske thing or accidentally leave mass consequences.

I don't think the general public with find out about Imu, until the very end. the WG just has too much power over the information that gets out. But we could see groups like Cross Guild and Luffy's Allies learning about Imu either after Elbaf or the coming arcs.

They have no credibility and i dont think they care enough
Maybe when someone like Big News Morgans is their ally towards the end or in couple arcs i can imagine it

I find it weird that he went straight for the hybrid instead of revealing base first, then Zoan and lastly hybrid but here he went the opposite.
Seems like base face is still a mystery, in a way...
