What were your opinions of the power ups originally and now what’s your opinion on them now?
When it comes to Zoro and enma I don’t believe I thought too much about it besides “cool new sword that’ll help him get stronger”. Tho as time went on the more I hated it. Zoro getting stronger through mastering it was never the issue but the amount of oden wank it led to was insane. That’s as someone who genuinely really likes oden. On top of that I feel it overshadows his other blades too much
Tho I will say I do think the Oden wank should be gone as long as Zoro doesn’t fight another’s person Oden scarred and gave PTSD. Plus I do believe he is slowly mastering enma better and that he might have incorporated Koh into just his normal base
Also hopefully oda glazes kitetsu and more so wado to make them feel special too
I remember genuinely hating even the idea of Sanji wearing the raid suit ever since we found out it was given to him. Believing it was disrespectful to the character to have him use a power his hateful ass family gave to him. Even after seeing the design and what it could do I didn’t care if it looked cool because I still thought the idea of it was lame. So him destroying the can in his fight against Queen was a really good moment for Sanji
It did lead to him gaining an exoskeleton which I do think is a bit more interesting and keeps Sanji Sanji while having to deal with the complex feelings of being able to use it. Blue flames are pretty cool too
