I'm not that strict as you are, but at least from what I remember they ruined mainly that second fight with S-Jinbei.
They had the occasion to improve the Sanji saving Edison but they didn't.
Sanji vs Nusjuro was pretty good (I wanted slightly better animations, and they give it also good filler).
Sanji vs Kizaru beam was pretty good too, even if it deserved better animation (not that it was that bad tho).
Toei even deleted Sanji from a scene were he was present in the manga. I don't know what the hell they were thinking.

They fucked that shit up completely and gave Sanji speed feats to Zoro.
Literally every feat looked like complete dog shit. All the animation focus went to Luffy vs Kizaru, Luffy and Zoro + CP0 vs Seraphims and Zoro vs Lucci.
Not a single Sanji feat looked as good at it did in the manga, never mind better. Not one.
They fucked that shit up completely and gave Sanji speed feats to Zoro.

Sanji has insane speed and it NEVER fucking translates. They always butcher it or pace it in such a way, you'd be convinced mfers like Lucci are faster than him when it's not even competitive.

Yeah Sanji's speed feats of saving Edison, flying from vegatank to Bonney, and vs Nasjuro were all changed/erased in Toei's filler anime.
Not to mention his 2 winning scenes vs S-shark changed to losing scenes.
And then going against the manga and having Sanji simp over Bonney.
And removing him from the group scene. Apparently something similar happened again in Elbaf anime. I read it was the anime opening where the other 9 strawhats get a close up shot, but he doesn't.

The animation was ok, but still not like some other characters got.
The problem is that even if they give him filler scenes that are supposed to make him look “good“, they still manage to leave a bad after taste. Ok, Sanji is fighting Nusjuro, BUT let him fight only the sword hilt and not the actual sword. Why? Who the fuck knows.
Then they change scenes from the manga, when Sanji speed blitzed nusjuro, the sword was coated in Haki, well not in the anime. Why? Who the fuck knows.
Meanwhile they give Zoro Sanji’s feats, then make him move at light speed while glowing like fucking Kizaru, cut everything, even things he can’t cut - like Queens laser in Wano - and even low effort panels in the manga get overblown times 10.
Yet those idiots cant make Sanji look atleast half as fast as in the manga.
I am not sure why the Toei slander because of Sanji started only in Egghead, because it was almost always an issue. But i am not gonna go there.
