I can see Kuma teleporting everyone off the island and Imu taking over Elbaph temporarily.
I've spent a lot of time describing how the bad guys in this series usually end up in a very high place. For a while, i've had the villains here to be remnants of the ancient kingdom, or Elbaph, or Shiki.
But it's entirely possible that heaven's world is actually empty, and it's named that because the celestial dragons are going to take it over.
It's possible that when we see heaven world for the first time, it's Imu exploring it.
I'm really hoping the fighting ends up in heaven's world though.
Just a giant chekhov's gun hanging above the arc waiting to fire.
I still think it's possible that shanks is in heaven's world, but if he is I have no idea what the hell he's doing up there.
