In my opinion, Fujitora will stick with his beliefs and leave the Navy once the World Government asks him to fight for them during the final war. After his praise for Luffy in Dressrosa and his actions since, I don't see him fighting a Straw Hat. Accomplishes nothing especially when he's gone against orders over less dire circumstances.

Luffy vs Akainu
Zoro vs Ryokugyu
Sanji vs Kizaru

I could see the first part of the final war having these fights. Luffy and Akainu have enough history and I think this is much more satisfying than Sabo facing Akainu, especially considering most of the time when Luffy and someone else have reasons to face someone, it ends up going to Luffy. The Revolutionaries can have the Holy Knights, Garling and Shamrock facing Dragon and Sabo would be nice.

I used to think perhaps Aramaki doesn't have the right personality to face Zoro especially when you compare to Kizaru, the other option, but Elbaph is kinda shaking things up with Super Sommers going to Zoro so an opponent like Aramaki, strong but not immune to looking bad, isn't impossible. With that blade of his (especially if it's a black blade), Aramaki should be a fitting opponent. Plus, Zoro will still have Mihawk and Nusjuro if Aramaki isn't intimidating enough (I expect he'll perform well, but for folks that don't want that match-up, it ain't the end).

As for Sanji vs Kizaru, it just makes sense. Stylistically, they match up well, and their encounter on Egghead works out well as build-up, both ability-wise with the laser-beam kick and as far as connection to Vegapunk goes. I know some expect Kizaru to flip due to the circumstances regarding Vegapunk's death but I feel like he simply reaffirmed where his allegiance lies.

Between what's right and his orders, he chose his orders and he could easily face Sanji who was tasked with trying to keep Vegapunk alive, even if he feels regret about what his position entails. In fact, that just lets Oda explore that turmoil further and contrasts him further with Aokiji who chose a different path outside the Marines and Fuji who joined to make change and will likely leave before going against his beliefs. I just don't see him leaving the WG, though I expect Fuji too.

Overall, yeah I'm still expecting the Admiral fights. Luffy facing Kizaru after Kaido just shows he can face Akainu any time and it won't be an easy battle. As for Zoro and Sanji, sure the Gorosei are there, but Oda can give them more than one fight each when Luffy will very likely have quite a few major encounters.
