But for real, do you guys think she's his mom? If she is, then who's the father?
Also, Candelle and Shuri seem to prove that ringed eyes are not simply an inheritable trait. The ringed eyes meaning two souls theory is looking more possible
Also! What if Candelle raised two children to serve Imu, but one was TOO STRONG FOR IMU TO CONTROL
Alternatively, do you think Candelle and Mihawk are related in another way, like both are WSS or something? Her theme and sword are white, his is dark... Perhaps her white sword is comparable to a black sword?
I really shouldn't think too hard about all of this bc I don't want to get my hopes up for a satisfying backstory for him. I'd rather just not know anything than to get something cheap or that doesn't fit. Fingers crossed, I guess.

I am putting all my chips on Mihawk's "family" name - Dracule.
I don't think he is related to anyone in the present.
His boredom is quite interesting, suggesting that he's seen it all and kinda disappointed in the world.
Also, the reply to Zoro >as long as it takes I will wait for you at the top, could imply the years are irrelevant to him.
Pair that with the implications behind Dracula, he might be far older than anyone in the present, maybe older than Imu as well.
Sure, he was young during Roger's execution and similar age as Shanks in last 10-20 years but Oda can handle that relatively easy if Mihawk is really old.
