As defense hasn't produced evidences and witnesses despite being present here, I would ask prosecution @Tyki_Mikk to do present evidence or witness

Before discussing my client, I would like to turn my attention to the defense,led by Darky and Bepo and the (negative) impact they have on my client. Regarding the user Darky, the primary reason we are holding this trial, he publicly admits to keeping my client in the club against his will.
The defense team is deliberately suppressing the user here and not giving them the leeway they deserve. And there is plenty of evidence of this, Your Honor.
And now, on to the next Defender: Bepo the Witch. This user is a dangerous witch.
She was punished as a murderer in the last trial!! Since then, she has been seeking revenge against my client, faking screenshots (including, for instance, an alleged fake chat between Reborn and me, Your Honor).
In the next piece of evidence, she publicly admits how she intends to take revenge on Reloaded, without even worrying about the consequences of her actions.
Your Honor, such Defenders cannot be trusted; both display clear hostility toward my client, and I strongly question their neutrality. Which brings me to my client. My client has suffered enormously; he was labeled "Loki4nakama," and people spoke ill of him.
He can no longer sleep; he cannot leave the club.
My client is suffering greatly from these accusations and deserves a fair trial and to be freed from the Loki fan club.
I call for the release of my client @Mr. Reloaded here and hope for your assistance, Your Honor.

However, you spoke of him being enormously affected and suffering greatly.
You being a distinguished Prosecutor on this forum should have known well that such claims should be backed by verifiable receipts from the doctor.
In absence of those receipts, your claim of your client being deeply affected isn't admissible in the court.

This receipt can't be accepted by the court for a very simple reason.
It's fabricated.
How I know? Check the date on it - It's dated October 26th 2023.
Recommendation in it says - Freedom from Loki Fanclub
However, Elbaph arc began from September 16th 2024.
How can @Mr. Reloaded got diagnosed for Loki4Nakama syndrome in 2023 when Loki got introduced in 2024?

I don't see any evidence of Prosecutor abusing his mods power to change the posts. He edited the quoted one but in your original post you did convey this

I believe it was subterfuge against us, but, as we have no proof due to the broken nature of this site, we would like to move on from this, and focus on the litany of other evidence.
