Sanji, but that's cause he's the Straw Hat's third strongest and the Gaban parallel exists. Law could get it and it seems pretty likely, but even if he didn't he'd just bypass regen with his fruit in some powerful usage of it.

As it stands, it appears Sanji will awaken CoC first, and soon.

if self hatred blocks CoC it makes sense that despite how talented Law was in Doffy's eyes he never awakened CoC. It's actually a very clever way to have him awaken it recently now that he accepted Corazon saved him just because he loved him and not due to some ulterior motive.

If it were up to me:

Kid would've shown control over basic Conqueror's Haki on Sabaody.

Luffy would've still awakened it on Sabaody and shown it at Marineford.

Law would've awakened Conqueror's Haki on Dressrosa.

Nah law with CoC gets weaker not stronger. It’s a generic ability that ruins anything unique about a character combat abilities.

You don’t need CoC to be top tier.

CoC also increases the defense, not only offense. So he needs it.

Law got one of the highest endurance in his generation. Teach Couldnt even Ko him despite have the Gura. He’s fine

He was trying to run away, still couldn't. His eyes were shot so he was KOed, he woke up little bit after. Besides Teach never go all out vs him, the island was fine, there was no Tsunamis around.

Teach said he was trying to run away;

Law was KOed thus his eyes were shut. He just woke up in a paralyzed state, doesn't mean anything.

Either way, he needs CoC to improve his defense, then he could perhaps can push Teach from low-diff to mid-diff.
