His epithet will probably be either 情熱の王, Jōnetsu no Ō, King of Passion, since “King of Love” sounds weird as hell, or 魔王, Maō, Demon King.
Maō would fit his imagery especially well. His family are basically portrayed as moral demons, and his two main modes are Diable Jambe and Ifrit Jambe, both named after demonic beings. The natural next step could be Sanji becoming the king of all demons.

King of Heaven - Ten'ō.

Elbaph is made of the Underworld Realm, Sun Realm and Heaven Realm.

Zoro's mother name is Tera, meaning earth. In relation to Luffy, the future ruler of the seas, it's the earth under the sea. The underworld. King of Hell - En'ō.

Sanji's mother's name Sora translates to sky. The kanji for sky and heaven are similar. Killingham's Zoan DF is a Qilin, a mythological creature that resides in the heavens. They are fighting in the sky and will likely cross into the Heaven Realm.

- King of Heaven, because probably because part of the fight fight with Killingham will be in the air and there would be also a "philosophical" battle between the two. Where Killingham will boast about how they are on an higher level of the rest of the population and Sanji will respond about conquering the Sky/Heaven.

I just don't know. But seems like really Sanji should get this answer in a way or another so there will really be an epithet for him.

He didn't get his full 1v1 aerial battle against King during the Wano arc like some were hoping, but now we are getting one against Killingham during the Elbaf arc.
