Ragnir is controversial now given I thought ragnir had to will it to melt the icex but randok touch is enough.
So Loki boiled down to just Ancient Giant + AdCoC + Hammer.
I think Luffy will win that exchange. Biggest power for loki which is lightrning is stripped away.
