Yes officiating has been inconsistent throughout the WC but Argentina won because they showed desire and determination to win. We (Egypt) after scoring two goals were lost. No energy. We didn't even mark Messi and let him free. But Argentina - even after 80 mins, even after 2-0 down, they kept on coming back ..full of energy.

Argentina won because they showed how much it matters to them to win. They won because they played like every minute mattered. They won because they never lost that intensity and desire to win. They won because they had Messi. He's a clutch.
