I also think Cross Guild and Blackbeard will both try to recruit Loki, especially if they've made an alliance like I think they will.
Shanks was nearby recently and has proven from going from his clash with Kaido to Marineford that he can move very fast when he wishes too.
Kidd is also a strong possibility.
I strongly believe Shiki is Mosa, it's possible he does it.
Also, it's possible we get random reinforcements from Heaven World, we still have no idea what's going on up there.
Kidd owes Luffy for saving him in Udon, so, I think Kidd will save Luffy here, and then other top tiers show up to save Elbaph.

Since then Oda’s been slowly cranking up the interactions btw Loki and the crew.

With all of these developments Loki should’ve already warmed up to the SHs so the hurdle will be convincing his tsundere ass to follow them & that can easily be done with the mosa plot if it is indeed Shirahoshi whom the SHs are acquainted with and or the gallela plot given the SHs know about the frozen giants on Punk Hazard.
To add to your point about Shriahoshi being Mosa, the crew has a standing pinky promise to meet her again in the surface world if i remember correctly. It just fits to neatly not to mean anything.
M3 is long dead... Luffy is now "promoted" in a league of his own... Which leaves Zoro and Sanji as the Wings... Although I get your point (that #1, #2, #3 BS)...
