Questions & Mysteries Why didn't Dorry and Brogy compare Joyboy's haki to Loki/Harald? Are their haki inferior to Shanks?

Dorry and Brogy knew about Loki and Harald strength but they still compared Joyboy's haki to Shanks. Is there a reason for this? Is Shanks's haki stronger than theirs or are there some unexplainable reasons that Oda hasn't explained in the manga?

Obviously, but this is not scaling up Shanks Haki, it's scaling down Harald and Loki's Haki, they used big lightning but never used AdCoC, never coated CoC Lightning on CoA Lightning.. They are amateurs when it comes to Haki, they just got big Haki Lightning because of their Ancient Giant size and having CoC.. Loki still a God Tier character without AdCoC though..
