Aramaki gone their to kill them while they been healing, Shanks even know that..
Facing a health Yonkou and his entire crew(Shanks) without a backup is a suicide mission, even Aramaki knows it.
Their is no proof that King hadn´t his lunarian power when he fought Aramaki, we saw just the last page where he was down getting pierced by Aramaki, couldn´t move.
The result would be the same even if he was health, Aramaki would crush him, even Yamato couldn´t resist his vines.

Look up the chapters how quickly Imu destroyed both Sanji and Zoro with very casual Omen moves while 2 Holy Jobbers needed 2 massive PUs to overpower both in a more serious battle.

First off, here's the thing: FS can be countered by superior speed, who can tell me for sure that King with his flames off can't outpace Katakuri's FS? Dude, Kaido was doing exactly that the whole time against Luffy, he was wrecking Luffy who was using FS non stop, without even using his own FS on the rooftop, with nothing but pure attack speed, movement and reflexes. He was only forced to use FS once because Luffy caught him off guard while he was having a flashback and lost focus, which makes it debatable what would've happened if he hadn't been caught by surprise.
It's also pretty wild to just assume King has to keep his flames on the whole time and take hits nonstop until Katakuri runs out of steam or his FS weakens. Who can prove that King with flames off can't reach the same result? Even without the flames we're talking about a Lunarian plus an ancient Zoan combo, that's more than enough to tank everything Katakuri's got. He can just straight up sacrifice his invincibility and still be able to withstand just as well, no problem, which makes the fight really tough for Katakuri, because with flames on Katakuri can't deal damage, and even with flames off King is still able to withstand and tank. I am convinced that King can wreck any Charlotte in 1vs1 and that includes BM as he is better than her in literally every single thing but there is no point for King to engage 1vs1 with anyone here as the point is to sink the entire empire in most effective way and that is aerial supremacy, bombarding them with Imperial Dragons, Imperial Slings and Arrows, Imperial Deep Stake and if anyone gets close to prevent him from sinking them, just Jackpot them all into afterlife.
It is ridiculous how easily King could accomplish this, all thanks to incompetent Charlottes.
Also, the easiest way to rekt Katakuri is AoE, one Jackpot seals the deal, there is no morphing around it.
