Even Picazarro is better than Crocodile. Imo Strawhats vs Cross Guild won't happen unless Shanks crew joins the fray too. What would Luffy even do in a fight against the Cross Guild? Face Buggy while Zoro and Mihawk destroy the island?

Mihawk and Boa are by far the strongest Warlords and there's a massive difference between them as well.
I think people generally just underestimate how few people are capable of physically threatening Sanji. Like what could Crocodile do against Sanji? The only way that fight can be competitive is if his Haki just that formidable, and I don't think it will be. Not enough to win a decisive clash when most needed, and definitely not enough to break through Sanji's Haki and his exoskeleton.
I don't think it has sunk in even with Sanji fans how insane his physical base is. Sanji is gonna be on the lower end of Admiral level after this arc, and it'll a sharp trajectory upwards and onwards from there, there more he uses advanced forms of Haki.
Powercreep upscaled Crocodile is above even Lafitte.
