Hajrudin's feat here is proof that physical strength and Haki are different things in One Piece.

You can be strong as fuck, and have no idea how to use Haki well, and be weak as fuck, and be a stealth Haki-God like Hyogoro.

I think Enel's a good example. No CoA, but easily manhandling Zoro physically Pre Time Skip, whereas Zoro was a very strong fighter, who had arguably used Haki against Daz Bones already.

Hajrudin is very, very strong, and when his Haki/Will is strong, it's hard to block him. Biggest issue with him is honestly speed.
