From chapter 1200 onwards, the number of chapters following the New World time skip will equal the number of pre-time skip chapters.
There will be as many chapters as there are at the end of the first part of the manga.

Well SHs became strong. Back then only zoro, luffy, sanji learned Haki. And became stronger to counter DFs.

Now Zoro, Sanji, Luffy will have HK killing Conqueror to counter that invinciblity.

It's like Part 2 of Haki, we enters the domain of Conqueror defense, Conqueror Observation killing, Conqueror critical mass.
We are hinted towards it like it happened in pre time skip, now we gets to see it.
