Absolutely correct, Buggy is a master of not getting chopped into pieces and you know what the greatest operational risk for swordsmen is? Getting chopped into pieces.

But I do feel IMU would be fine next chapter and Luffy should get new PU because I don't think this fight can get over before Zoro and Sanji fights

Gaban being like "who the fuck is this dude?" when Usopp starts yapping has to be one of my favorite One Piece gag moments.

Can't wait till he finds out it's Yasopp's kid.

I DETEST it. Like... WHY MAKE KUINA, AND THEN TRY TO PROVE KOJIRO RIGHT, THE FUCK, ODA????

My greatest hold out hope for Act 4 is that Tashigi and Hiyori both pop off, but, I have no faith in this occurring. My only hope is Momo, since he was WEAK AS SHIT for how long, and is now being raised into a Top Tier via Yamato knowing Kaido's Haki/Dragon Skills, and via the Scabbards teaching him Oden's Swordplay. Momo is proof Oda will give weak characters sizeable powers up if he wishes to.

My issue with Oda writing Tashigi is I fear to him, Tashigi vs Monet is actually Tashigi, like, popping off, when to the fanbase it's her getting babysat and rescued by Zoro to make Zoro look cooler.

I've stated a lot, though, that I believe most Marines (Garp being the main exception, Koby's another) have seriously hindered their Haki/Will because they are subverting their own Wills in order to serve the WG. If Tashigi rebels against the WG, she should start growing a lot stronger.

I am excited to see Smoker return, though. Any problems I had once with him being weak in Punk Hazard has just turned into me respecting Vergo's strength more.

Also still wondering is Alvida will hit on Koby when she sees him again.

I don't think we've seen him use any strong laser attacks on top tiers tbh.

He used a finger laser on WB in MF. In EH Luffy iirc went out of his way to dodge or use toonforce (eating laser, using laser to speed himself up and land WSG). The only time he was hit directly was by a clone and it made him bleed.

He never used a strong move like YnM except on Marco who was riddled with holes and ended up healing.

I mean he use YnM on sento and he dodge the attack and sento not even top tier.
He also use YnM on the falling SH with bonney and Kuma and Sanji once again kick away some .
Some of them get hit and they get up like nothing happen once again none of these top tiers .
I would say Kizaru best move is his sword.
No don't get me wrong i think Kizaru top tier and has more in the bag but he need more vs top tier in a full out battle.
