Him being connected to Joyboy doesn't make him more interesting, the reader doesn't even know who any of those characters are. Joyboy, Davy Jones, War God etc....who really cares?

I imagine the flashback of Robin reading the Rio Poneglyph and telling the truth about the Void Century is probably going to be the absolute longest flashback, even more the the Harald/Xebec one.

Like probably *at least* 25 chapters.
