Luffy filler fight sequence?
3-4 chapters in a row with 0 updates for anything else.

Zoro fight Sommers?
Chapter starts with Luffy yet again having to go out to recharge.
Updates on the Biblo thing.
THEN, a few pages of Zoro vs Sommers.

I hate this MC so much.
It's good that we are getting the whole chapter dedicated to fight scenes. That is what the fight scene in the past used to be, 2-3 chapters of fighting in Alabasta. I think the issues are the breaks and how Oda stuffed a lot of things because of how bloated it is. Now feels like he lift off the gas paddle and let it cruise for 2 whole months.

Crazy thing is that Elbaf so far is objectively way better than Wano, Wano did irreparable damage to the OP community.
Years ago, I may have been excited for Elbaf, but Wano indeed permanently tainted my enjoyment and perception of post-TS One Piece, and Oda has done little, if anything, to correct the errors he has made in Wano; the same story problems are all there, with only superficial attempts to make them look better, and all feel so repetitive.

It's also because of how underwhelming Imu and the Holy Knights, who literally came out of nowhere because Oda has done such a shit job with CP0 as the Celestial Dragons' enforcers that he needed to write a new group of enforcers for them to try to make the WG look dangerous again, but not only this created lots of problems for the story given all the things that supposedly happened under their watch they were incapable of stopping, but, as antagonists, there's nothing about them that feels cool or interesting.

What do you think Fuji's awakening will be?

He already controls his surroundings via his fruit, so what will awakened Zushi do? Create waves of pure force out of everything surrounding him?

Admittedly that's what I think Gura awakening could also do.
I hope you don't mind if I'm bumping in.

I think the awakening of a force control paramecia essentially makes you able to channel its might, very similar to CoC and aCoC coating: you are then able infuse/coat things (swords/hands whatever) with that force.

With that said. I think we have already seen the gura's and the zushi's awakening and it's very similar to Law's: WB's quake bubbles and Fuji's gravito blade.

It might sound underwhelming at first, but it's really not. In Fuji's case he goes from control over vertical gravity on different AoE scales to an ability that allows him to channel it freely, hence the horizontal gravity push and the remark by Sabo.

That puts the immense power of the gravity fruit behind his normal movements, a force that far surpasses the limits of his own physical strength.
It's like he gains G4+ strength, when his base is unable to stop an EG. It essentially gives him an extremely high defense threshold and powerful horizontal range attacks.

And I think his biggest move will come from his non awakened arsenal: a reverse of the rubble lift -> a downwards gravity field on a very large scale, which should be borderline hax/broken.

Wano had good start but disaster ending

Elbaf is shit since beginning until now
Arc started with adventure in Road's mini world
And the villains are bunch of punching bags, regen merchants
Wano had good built up until the Oden flashback when the freaking villain was reduced to a hostage merchant whose only 1vs1 fight against a top tier ended up in this way.
Then Onigashima... Lots of running around and... Scabbards. Really, aside of Inu and Neko, they shouldn't even appear when Kaido beat the crap out of them. I'd rather see Jack vs injured Neko and Jimbei than that what we've got. Wano suffered a lot of pacing for the wrong reasons. We could have easily got awakened calamities and Kaido vs alliance and it would still take less chapters than all the running around and Scabbards wasting everyone's time.

But I agree with the rest. Remember when Gorosei had so much aura when they first were introduced? Then Saturn appeared in his demon form and started aura killing nearby navy soldiers, even Sanji got hit from this attack. Then he got reduced to a punching bag due to his regen, lol.

My slow ass just realise how similar Imu and Oars are. The horns, the three skulls, long hair, loincloth, and ancient. They also got hit by similar lightning attack.

The logo on Oars loincloth looks similar to abyss mark.

The silhouette on the left side of Mural looks just like Oars.

We know giants are descendant of Oars, so as Buccaneer.

The previous War God had the Nidhogg fruit and it was at the center of the mural.

Kaido looks like Harald, he had the a Azure Dragon fruit, maybe it was the serpent of the mural?

Which means the whole mural is about the legacy of Oars.

He was controlled by a shadow man Moria, but his descendant is a friend of fire man Ace who is part of the crew of whitebeard. So Oars was pure evil and responsible to the destruction of the previous worlds. That is why there were giant robot, it was created to fight these monsters. They were ultimately defeated and their descendant turned to the good side.

I don’t agree with this, Oda has done a good job with Imu and establishing his threat level. He seems more interesting, he didn’t stop any threats that were growing because of complacency. Happens to all shounen villains, even the most competent ones like Aizen lmfao.

Tell me what happened on the panel I posted
That Imu got hit by the first electricity aura.

Then, as we have seen, as fucking Luffy have said, he used the strengh of Loki's blow to break the shield of Imu, against which he was hoplessly outmatched (another thing Oda made a point to show Is), and actually dealing him some damage.

Luckily for Luffy, having a god tier on your team helps. Even though Luffy himself got damaged by just trying to use Loki's tecnique lol.

cant be Oras was just 500years ago, Imo Oras is Davys Harald, because Oras does not have the 3 skulls of Imu but the 3 skulls of Blackbeard. he also stole island around the world and created a continent for Villains which basically is also Blackbeards goal with Hachinosu

Luffy fans hyping him up for Loki to do 90% of the work lol
