It'd be the end of Kaido agenda tbh, wouldn't be able to leech off Luffy anymore and be stuck with his mediocre Egghead/first round against Imu feats (although Luffy already got stronger since Wano as he is, mini G4 being the proof)
I’ve seen a lot of translations of it. If it’s the spear of destiny maybe its power is that it’s “destined” to hit. Like if it’s thrown it will follow its target like the mark mark fruit

To this day that might be the funniest thing that has happened to the silly agenda wars. Lol. People really convinced themselves Luffy wouldn't get much stronger (in a SHONEN), even if the story lasted hundreds of chapters more, just so that Kaido would stay near the peak.

Btw, its a great opportunity for Sanji to harness his CoO by trying his best ever to dodge the spear and also to pinpoint Killingham's heart, since he doesn't know about it
A spear that never misses also fits Sanji's callback to his moment with Zeff and the mention of "spear of grit". Zeff was watching Luffy getting hurt against Don Krieg in order to break Krieg's defenses, so it fits if Sanji can't keep dodging (or can't dodge) the spear at all cuz it means he will have to break through it using "his spear" (shattering the Longinus i believe)
