Lets take a look at all the fights of the M3 and see which fights (wins) were fair 1v1s and which were not, whether they defeated the enemy at their strongest or was their opponent nerfed in some way or not using their main abilities.

Zoro vs Morgan is fair. In fact, zoro was heavily nerfed with hunger and fatigueness.

Sanji vs Fullbody is unfair. Fullbody complained about the soup to Sanji, which meant Fullbody hadn't eaten. So, he had hunger nerf.

Sanji vs Absalom is unfair. Sanji was assisted with Usopp's salt which helped him to distract and track Absalom invisibility. Also, it was Nami who finally knocked out Absalom for good.

Sanji vs Pearl is unfair. During middle of fight sanji was losing but he decided to pause the fight with his flashback. When he was telling his flashback, Sanji had opportunity to recover his stamina and health.

Katakuri ( imo fair but Katakuri legit letting him win )

Zoro

Why was Queen vs Sanji not fair?
Katakuri and Luffy was fair too imo but Luffy lost or Kata let him win.

All of Zoros post Enma fights should be unfair cause he was using Oden's haki. Scratch that - all his post Shusui fights too, cause of Ryumour haki. Scratch that - all of his post Wado fights cause of Kuina's haki. Yeah Zoro without magical swords would still be getting beat up by a girl who got stair-diffed.

Queen as someone previously pointed out that Queen was king of self sabotage in the fight, he hit himself with the missiles, he went invi and targeted the whore and the floorboards gave him away etc, and he didnt really use the Plague in this fight
KHam is currently not fair since KHams abilities are not with KHam, the MMAs and Zaza are KHam abilities and Sanji is not fighting against those and this ability is not like Doffys birdcage that it can not be included in the fight. I mean the MMAs are the hax ability of KHam so far.

And stleath black didnt use his stleath black powers, destoryed them also
Sanji was also self sabotaging with his thoughts and self doubtings
Sanji also took a beating from Black maria AND King + Queen dou
Sanji had way more disadvantages than Queen ever had.

I wouldnt call the Kata fight fair since Luffy used Brulee as a hostage

Can see it that way but I give benefit of the doubt since Kata also got "help" by Flampe even tho he injure himself too.

Luffy pretty much done that too, running from a fight, Even at Croc fight if he hadn't used water on his hand, I believe it wouldn't fair since it's not Luffy power right?

Moriah was a super unfair fight. Most the damage Luffy did to Moriah this arc was during the nightmare Luffy stage.

Queen was a fair fight.
Killinghan is a fair fight.

Katakuri and Luffy was fair too imo but Luffy lost or Kata let him win.
