Also, Zoro concluded that his strength was lacking which means Oden was straight up stronger than Zoro at any point we saw him in the flashback.
No, that’s not how Enma works… Enma ALWAYS wants the user to go all out… that’s the BASE application of the sword
when Zor first got the sword and it sucked his shit… He STOPPED IT… Zoro’s understanding of swordsmanship to that point is that it’s the Sword user who decides how much power to use…
From that chapter on to the Kaido fight and to the King fight, Zoro was STOPPING Enma’s sucking
but that’s not how you use Enma… Enma isn’t supposed to be stopped from sucking… It’s supposed to be allowed to take as much haki as it wants no matter what the sword user wants
Therefore this is true of Oden too… Zoro even says that Oden must have also been using Enma the exact same way… Either Oden was always using Enma the correct way, meaning letting it it suck up his haki, or he wasn’t and was forcing it to stop sucking, which is wrong and Enma rejected this when Zoro did it
And if Oden was using Enma correctly, it would have affected his CoC, right? And yet it didn’t… Meaning Enma has nothing to do with CoC
