this is more of a simile than a serious comparison between the two
it's no different from zoro saying king's beak is "like a laser" even though it's obviously not that similar to a laser, it's just that both are ridiculously fast and heavy
if weevil were actually as strong as whitebeard, there'd be no point in making him a failed clone of him, he doesn't even have a supreme grade naginata either
and again, oda is NOT having aramaki low-mid diff someone who's on the level of god valley whitebeard (that's basically primebeard)
i'm not even saying that aramaki isn't ridiculously strong, but to believe he could defeat near-prime whitebeard, let alone defeat him without being pushed to at least a high diff, is asinine.
Not Prime WB, but Rocks WB.

About Aramaki, even aside from his strength, I've already said I think it's a mix of factors. He has a very insidious DF, and the VCs made jokes about Weevil's tiny legs being his weak point.
I legitimately expect that while fighting him, Aramaki made him stumble and captured him that way.

No hostage bullshit, just simply using his brain against someone who is clearly not that bright.
Let's remember that Oda had Big Mom be defeated by King. And I don't know how many people here believe Rocks era WB > BM. So the hypothesis I just described would be far less absurd than a YC1 defeating an Emperor, especially since Weevil was actually fighting a top tier.

Anyway, as I said before, what would be the point of introducing WB's clone this late in the game if he wasn't incredibly strong?
Also, I think he basically has "Majin Buu" written on his forehead. He's clearly the Majin Buu of One Piece: the incredibly strong but dumb character ready to be manipulated by a Mr. Satan figure, aka Buggy.

King tipping over the ship clearly wasn't framed in a way to hype him up like Aramaki defeating Weevil is... Come on man. When even the Admiral fans are insisting that Aramaki can't defeat Weevil fairly, you have to wonder what Oda's done to make the fans pull these stunts. This is exactly why I keep saying Oda isn't a good author anymore and it reflects on the fanbase a lot

Aramaki can definitely defeat Weevil. He just can't defeat him easily, just as no top tier (except Imu) could. But he could do it kind of easily by using his brain.

Weevil basically has "gag character" written all over him. Oda did similar things with Big Mom, who was a main arc antagonist and still fell for gag moments and she almost and actually KO. With Weevil Is child's play.

Oda needed a way to separate Weevil from Bakkin without making either Weevil or Aramaki look bad. So Aramaki comes out looking good by capturing a "young WB," and Weevil doesn't lose his hype because he was outsmarted rather than overpowered by brute force alone.

Weevil is clearly meant to join Buggy down the line.

Any admiral fan who thinks GB can't beat Weevil isn't an admiral fan, pretty much by definition

then i think there's a lot of admiral fans here who need to be exposed. oda obviously intended for us to believe that he defeated weevil fairly.
nobody says kidd cheated when he defeated snack, or ace cheated when he defeated hanafuda, or kaido cheated when he defeated moria, or whitebeard cheated when he defeated crococile, so on and so forth

It's not comparable.
We know absolutely nothing about those other fights: not the location, not the length, and not even the true strength of the characters involved at the time. We don't even know how they played out. People are still arguing over how strong Prime Moria was for example, either basing it on Moria's and that random pirate's accounts or completely discarding them.

Here, however, we know the strength of the two fighters (in theory), we know the location wasn't destroyed, and we know it happened quickly with Aramaki left completely unharmed, even though he could have regenerated.

Want another example of a fight where clearly something else happened? Xebec vs. the Admiral at Marijoa. Out of the entire Marijoa incident, only that specific fight was skipped, and we know hostages were involved.
And I personally think Xebec > Roger and WB, so.

When has Oda done a fake out on something like this before?
It's only happened with Oden vs Kaido. Everything else has been exactly like he's told us.
If Aramaki didn't defeat Weevil fairly, then there was no point in having him fight Weevil in the first place. It's just meaningless filler made to hype the reader up for nothing.

We're surrounded by posers. Anyone who thinks Gigabull isn't giving "L"oki the fight of his life needs to be removed, tbh....

A hypothetical adult S Hawk? Yeah.

Though I don't think he'll reach Mihawk's prime in haki, as Weevil won't with WB's, an adult S-Hawk would surely match some past version of Mihawk.
For Whitebeard, it's easier to gauge. I've already stated that, in my opinion, the young WB Kizaru was talking about is the 35 years old WB from the Rocks pirates. So Weevil's prime is a lesser, even though still extremely powerful, version of WB.

Since we don't know much about Mihawk's past, I can't make a direct comparison. I also don't know the exact age of a hypothetical adult S-Hawk, since seraphims age at a different speed than regular humans. With Weevil, I could say 35 years old Weevil ~ 35 years old WB, but I can't do the same for S Hawk.

But just for fun, let's say: Adult S Hawk = 30 year old Mihawk, yeah.

As I said, just as WSM isn't just about being the physically strongest man, WSC isn't just about being the physically strongest creature, and WSS isn't just about being the physically strongest swordsman, this statement isn't purely about physical strength either.

Kizaru is making a general statement using "power" and "strength" interchangeably, as has always been the case in this manga.

And Weevil is indeed incredibly powerful, just as, in my opinion, Rocks-era WB was.
You’re making insane assumptions. We already know clones don’t have equal haki to the originals since Kumas pacifista clones don’t have haki, at all.

The idea that weevil without the gura or CoC matches Rox Whitebeard who has both is just stupid.

Because Kuma's original clones are cyborgs without free will, lol.

Weevil and the Seraphims have confirmed Haki. That is the only "assumption" I'm making, which Isn't one.

The only stupid thing here is trying to discard the explicit words of a top tier, who is saying not only that Weevil is at young WB's level, but also that he is incredibly strong even by his own standards.

But apparently, reading is the stupid idea.

About your final points, I have already said:

1) Weevil has WB's Haki, since he's his clone;
2) He may well have a cloned version of the Gura Gura too, but either way, he has a DF;
3) As I've said multiple times, Kizaru explicitly stated he's on par with young WB. We are not speculating or making things up: we are just reading the statement.

I'm just pointing out that why Kizaru's statement has perfect sense.

When hasn't he?

In the beginning, Oda made us believe Garp alone had defeated the Rocks Pirates, for example.
Or take Kaido: introduced as the WSC... yet he hadn't actually defeated a single top tier.

Or the whole "Sabo and a few good men" situation?

Also, I've already brought up the example of Xebec.

If Aramaki didn't defeat Weevil fairly, then there was no point in having him fight Weevil in the first place. It's just meaningless filler made to hype the reader up for nothing.

They have confirmed CoA and CoO. But at no point is it even alluded to being comparable the OG Warlord. That’s just you’re absolutely insane headcanon…

1. Weevil has haki, but he doesn’t have the same will as Whitebeard so no he doesn’t have the same haki

2. You can’t clone paramecia fruits. The closest version of that is the green blood of the seraphim which are a new invention and not one weevil is alluded to having. And him having a DF? What?

3. Kizarus statement clearly means just physical strength that’s why he separated the two statements. If he meant he was as powerful as Whitebeard why not just say “As a pirate he’s exceedingly powerful! Like Whitebeard in his youth.” There’d be zero reason to add the caveat

So you are saying he will hace a lower bounty than frozen bounty?

So, If Kaido, losing his crew... Will decrease his bounty?
Why there always is one who never understands...

I compared Doflamingo's current situation with Hancock and Crocodile for a reason.
He still is an ex Warlord so a strong character with a powerful fruit, who can re-create a crew or plotting again against the government. So he still deserves a bounty in the billions.

What I said is currently, if he goes out of Impel Down, he will be considered as less dangerous than Crocodile and possibly Boa Hancock too.

And no, if Kaido loses his crew, his bounty will not decrease because his crimes will not disappear...

A bounty is about what you did at an instant T. It doesn’t decrease because you lost your crew or something.

Exactly, bounty is based on crimes they have done. So even if Doffy doesnt have all that...
He still can get it.

So no reason to say he wont get a high bounty for not having those things.

Where did I say Doflamingo will not have a high bounty ???
I said he might have between 1.6 billions and 1.7 billions, which is pretty huge...

I just said I don’t think he will be considered as more dangerous than Crocodile (and Hancock, ils debatable) because currently, Crocodile leads a criminal organisation which hunt marines.

Whatever Doflamingo did in the past, that’s less a current threat than an actual organisation hunting marines...

The key word is "current" if you didn’t notice.
So he might have a 1.6-1.7 billion bounty because the government knows how dangerous Doflamingo can be because of what he did in the past, but he will be a lesser threat than Crocodile and his Cross Guild, and possibly a lesser threat than Hancock and her army of Kuja.

And that’s why I also said he would have ironically had a bigger bounty than what I can give him now if he had still his crew and his connections after the abolishment of the Warlords, because with that, he would have been a bigger threat than now he's alone.

I don't know if this is a strawman or simply a problem of me being unable to explain it properly, but I have tried multiple times already.

- The Seraphim and Weevil will not reach the absolute prime of their original versions, at least not without "external help". In the Seraphim's case, they have Lunarian genes, for example.
Weevil isn't and won't be 100% Prime WB: he is and will be at young WB's level, which means God Valley WB, as I've said multiple times.

For the tenth time: it's Kizaru who made the comparison between Weevil and young WB, not us.
The only headcanon here is trying to erase that fact by adding nonexistent terms.

1. Weevil has haki, but he doesn’t have the same will as Whitebeard so no he doesn’t have the same haki
Weevil is literally a clone of WB and, by Kizaru's own statement, he has the same strength, which includes Haki too, as young WB.

2. You can’t clone paramecia fruits. The closest version of that is the green blood of the seraphim which are a new invention and not one weevil is alluded to having.
Green Blood is a completely different thing that allows them to "give" Paramecia powers to the Seraphim that their original counterparts did not have.

Weevil is a clone of WB; it's a totally different matter.

And him having a DF? What?
I've said it multiple times: the Volume 1000 special already stated that the new Shichibukai has the power of a DF.

3. Kizarus statement clearly means just physical strength that’s why he separated the two statements. If he meant he was as powerful as Whitebeard why not just say “As a pirate he’s exceedingly powerful! Like Whitebeard in his youth.” There’d be zero reason to add the caveat
And here we're adding things that weren't said at all, or trying to push an absurd reading onto phrases we have always seen in the story.

As I said before, just as WSM isn't purely about being the physically strongest man, WSC isn't purely about being the physically strongest creature, and WSS isn't purely about being the physically strongest swordsman, this statement isn't purely about physical strength either.

Power and strength is used separately in this panel for a reason. I don’t have the raws on me but I’d bet money that the reason for that is the kanji used for these words are different.

Z is a non canon character and even if he wasn’t, no where does it mention weevil. For all we know the schichibukai that took Zs arm was killed and replaced by Law at the end of the timeskip or something. You’re making a huge assumption here.

You’re putting all your faith into Kizarus statement where he differentiates Weevils Power and Strength which if they were to mean the same, the line wouldn’t be written as if they’re different.
