Togashi really the goat though, fuck Takehiko for not properly finishing Vagabond.

At this point all I ask is for Togashi to finish this arc properly and maybe finishing the Hisoka/Spider/Kurapika/Chrollo thing

We both know that HxH won’t ever be finished. We still have too much to covered and Togashi is a slow mf

Dark Continent, Gyro, Pariston/Ging etc etc etc

But if he already finishes his current work I’ll be at peace with it (somewhat)

given the pacing I think the current arc needs at the very least 30 chapters to conclude

nothing less than that

well he has contigincies in place if he passes before he can finish HxH so not worried about that, i havent read this batch yet waiting for all to be released

If he properly finishes this arc and the Hisoka/Spiders storyline (plus some cliffhanger for Beyond/Ging/Pariston), that would be more than enough.

If he really sticks the landing (and unlike Oda Togashi knows how to write a great finish to an arc) this has a chance to be one of - if not THE - best shonen arc ever.

So I don't wanna make a thread about it but just saw some takes on IG and thought about talking them here.

How do you guys view power scaling between adult Gon, old Netero, Pitou and Meruem?

Saw some people saying adult Gon could give trouble and potentially beat Meruem.

I'm inclined to think adult Gon is at best stronger than old Netero and maybe old Netero couldn't even beat Pitou considering Meruem wasn't even trying to kill him yet received barely any damage aside from the bomb.
