About the Regeneration its kinda vague, and its worse since we got an offscreen. There is a chance of Sanji Dogwalking him, dismantling him and then instantly tried to tied him with the help of Jinbe and Franky.
And yeah, Sanji in this arc probably will have the same CoC capability like Zoro on Wano

I think the dog walking and dismantling was just one moment, the concasser. Remember the HK body’s come apart like Lego pieces without cutting attacks as we’ve seen. So it’s likely the concasser just popped Killinghams limbs off from the one hit.
