It seems Oda's plan for Holy Knights is to speedrun them out of story, except Shamrock, for obvious reasons.
He probably plans to replace them with Alber's genes as a major force.
Super Shitters is narratively in a bad position because he aint even the main character of house Shepherd, thats Ju Peter...
