Oda doesnt care, shiryu will be as powerful as necessary for zoro to not win even with advcoc directly. Instead of CoO it might as well be the voice of all things Zoro use to beat Shiryu this way gathering every abilities by the end of that fight.

I think leakers confused something, koh is merely Zoro getting serious here.
Zoro could already use coc conciously after gaban told him he has it.
He used it against super sommer Gram and imu but it was unrefined and he failled to acompllish anything.
all we got this chapter Zoro sucessfully managing to add advcoc into an attack once without any leakage, the lightning coc slash or what shanks fan call wiffi haki is the true breakthrough here.
Then after that he got another small flash-back that lead to a realisation and so he no longer saw any need to keep training and activated koh.
We havent yet seen what this realisation about acoc will result in.
Likely many coc lightnning slash or something even more crazy next chapter and their scale will be massive since the one he fired to cut sommer arm was just in the middle of his experiment.
