Can someone explain to me like I’m five why people think Zoro cutting off Sommers arm at the end of the chapter was done with a WiFi Haki lightning bolt or whatever?

Look at the second last vignette on third last page, Zoro jumps up and then we see the small vignettes of Zoro and Sommers (Zoros one is above). In it you can see a streak of black lightning sort of originating from Zoros shoulder/neck area.
Better wait for scans or official release to determine.

The KoH for quite a while doesnt count since you just said due to his regeneration. I made this exact point that this regen is what allows Sommers to not be put down. Maybe I should have clarified when I said fighting capability.

Fair point but the HK gimmick is for Oda to show how often they're being damaged. That's the same reason why the Gorosei often took damage since their regeneration makes up for it.
Killingham and Sommers received an Omen boost which made them possible to be more challenging opponents to the Wings than the previous ones.

As for the Admirals, you can have hope but nowhere have they shown CoC or ACoC. And they have had quite some panel time against top tiers to show CoC.

Chinjao included both Emperors and Admirals in his conqueror speech...
You're just using the same kind of argument like all "Mihawk has CoC" doubters when this dude didn't even show a single sign of CoC beforehand, now he even explained Zoro how important CoC is.

Don't be surprised when Aramaki will just casually use some CoC outburst the next time he's fighting someone more challenging. This includes all Admirals.

King > Lucci > Omen Sommers
Only because King and Lucci dont have ACoC they cant put Sommers down permanently but that is a problem that even the Admirals cant solve.

Admiral fans are noobs, they are desperate for relevancy since their favs have been getting humiliated. Before they could get support of some sword bros against the Yonkos. But now with their pathetic showing even those sword bros cant help them so they turn on Zoro and Mihawk slander.

It's just Sanji's issue reskinned.
The wings thought only people above their level could have CoC. Elbaf is where they learn that they can be seconded to a captain and still be conquerors themselves.
It's a bit of a shit path to take the characters down.
Sanji makes sense since he wasn't loved by his family and Judge discarded him even in adulthood. He found a new family in the SHs, but still needs to up his own self-esteem.
But Zoro consciously set out to be the best. He bowed to Mihawk and swallowed his pride for Luffy's benefit, but he never once said he'd be anything but the strongest swordsman in the world. The mofo thinks of himself as the King of Hell, yet you want to tell me that he lacks confidence?
It's a poor writing choice.
Zoro using too much haki and finding it difficult to differentiate between normal haki, CoC, aCoC made sense. Him thinking only "a captain" could have CoC is downright moronic.

Zoro is a simple (and stupid) guy. He believed that conqueror’s haki was something that only captains/those that lead their own groups could possess

It’s not that he thinks he lacks the willpower or whatever that most CoC users have. He just thought he didn’t meet the requirements that he assumed were necessary to possess it

Is this stupid? Yes, because Zoro should be aware that Rayleigh has it and he’s not a captain

But Zoro is also one of the dumbest characters in One Piece lol

Its similar to Zoro putting on the bandana against Hyozo in FMI arc and against Pica in DR. Its to show that enough is enough and Zoro is about to end the fight. Against Lucci it wasnt even needed, Oda could have shown Zoro putting on the bandana instead of catching Enma mid air but the point in Egghead was not to defeat the enemies but to escape.
