Meaning if subordinate is seen as equal of captain his bounty is 1/3rd

So for Mihawk to have higher bounty than Yonko doesn't that mean world government perceives him as 3 times as strong as yonko??

Mihawk casually rejecting Yonko title is also evident of just that btw.

When I think sword skill i think overall technique with the sword the way they parry, block, swing, and even how much strength is behind each swing but then there's other aspects that makes swordsmen stronger without necessarily being apart of swordsmanship such as Haki, Endurance, Stamina, Agility, Durability, etc etc

Mihawk is a fraud regardless because he has never defeated Imu, a man who uses numerous swords.

The best you can really say about him is that he’s stronger than Shanks.

For all we know he gets his ass beat by Shamrock with an Omen+heirloom blade.

My reading skills looks good so far Mihawk is said to be stongest swordsman by Oda countless times no where in the manga does it say shamrock is stronger or can beat Mihawk till that happens then my reading skills will pick that up as fact. Gorisei were scared of Kaido. Wb was too old to remain WSM in Marineford.

Kaido is debatle since it is the RL version of what is a woman (what is a creature).

But Whitebeard was the strongest man and also told to be the strongest pirate. So Imu being a devil ir whatever he is doesn't fits it.
