If someone is seriously interested, that is what will likely happen.

1) There is already a precedent regarding Everton's PSR case, so we are talking about a deduction of AT LEAST 42 points.
Also bear in mind that Everton's case regarding the PSR was deemed minor, whereas City's not.

2) The charges against Chelsea are a completely different matter, not only did they self report the breaches, but they did not exceed the PSR limits.

3) There is no legal precedent for most of the other charges, so no one knows what will happen, however a light sentence is out of the question.

4) When Everton were deducted six points, Burnley took legal action and secured £35 million. Just imagine what will happen when all the clubs take legal action against City. Reports are already circulating that even Steaua Bucharest is preparing to take legal action claiming that City competed illegally in the Champions League.

So much nonsense has been spoken about the Negreira case.
Most of those yapping about the subject hadn't even been born or were infants at the time.

Papa Perez claims they were cheating from 2001 to 2018, yet they won only 9 league titles and 6 cups.

"It has not been proven in these proceedings that services were provided that could have influenced match results in any way. No evidence has been found that suggests a potential alteration of match outcomes. There is no record of any payment made to any active referee."
At the judicial level, there is no evidence that referees were paid to influence games, and it will not be proven because it did not happen.

The only matches in Barcelona's history that raise questions are the 2009 cl game against Chelsea and certain controversial decisions during the remontada against PSG.

No one talks about the first game against Chelsea or how Inter robbed 2010 game.

Did Barca paid a member of the referee committee or not?

How you expect paid refs to perform in matches?

He needs to be openly biased, that's your criteria?
It's not that deep. 18 years x 40+ games = 720+ games.

They found no evidence proving that the referees favored Barcelona.

The funniest thing is that, during the Negreira era, Barcelona lost the 2014 league title in the match against Atletico because Lahoz wrongly disallowed Messi's goal for offside and apologized publicly.
