EMS doesn’t grant more chakra either. It leads to more potent chakra, whatever that means, not that it matters here.

In terms of all time Uchiha, it’s Sasuke, then Madara, a significant gap, and then Itachi.

There is no guarantee Itachi unlocks the perfect Susanoo with the EMS, it seems to be accessible to descendants of Indra. Kakashi had it too, but that was after he was powered up by the remnants of Rikudo Chakra from Obito. Though if Itachi had access to the perfect Susanoo, a perfect Susanoo with Totsuka and Yata Mirror would be decisively above Madara's.

That aside, Madara should still win obviously. Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu are useless against Madara. While the Rinnegan gives Madara a range of other abilities including Limbo Hengoku. Not to mention Rinnegan Madara also has access to top tier wood release. Only problem is whether Madara can seal Edo Itachi, but powerwise Madara is much stronger.

Rinnegan Madara is either Edo Tensei Madara or living Sage Mode Madara who has Mokuton. Either scenario, Itachi is kinda shit out of luck.

You're not outlasting an Edo Tensei (unless it's the Edo Kage lol) & living Rinnegan madara has sage mode + a stamina boost from having deeply integrated dna from Hashirama.
