Well the thing is that there's a very apparent idea that it's just self sacrifice... but that, as Gaban framed it, wouldn't warrant the complete and deliberate suppression of the memory.
People will say I'm being mean (even if they know I'm not), but there's a beautiful idea if WCI was written as Sanji resigning himself to a lavender marriage. In any case, Sanji has been running literally and figuratively to avoid something he perceives as selfish, so I assume from the context of Kamabakka that it's related to how he chooses to live and express himself. Because absolutely no one intends to stand in the way of him reaching All Blue or whatever.
Although I still believe that the way he demeans himself "for women" is a serious character issue, this may not be the hint. Unless this is part of a self expression issue.

Right now, the only time there is as it'll be revealed next week I guess, to me it looks like:

70% chance of generic mentor advice that doesn't really account for why it had to be Iva of all people. Which probably means that Sanji blocked it for no reason

Whitebeard is kinda similar to Sanji, he wants a family, his love for his children, he isn't as brutal like Rocks and Roger and yet not as compassionate as Sanji's mom. Whitebeard never see his ideal inferior to others, he has always stood by his own choice. So Sanji needs to stop thinking himself as a defect and doubting himself in difficult situation.
