General & Others Loki is the only character who Offscreens Imu

It’s now happened twice. Imu has been in an offscreen 1v1 with Loki alone twice now.

Oda feels the need to explain how everyone else handles/survives direct combat with Imu with direct On screen feats but with Loki, TWICE Oda has kinda said “well you can imagine how it went”

Oda thinks it’s not important to explain how Loki survives extended combat with Imu because it’s a given to him. To Oda, the simple explanation of “Loki is in full Nidhogg form” or “Loki is in hybrid form” is enough explanation for why Loki’s not dying after however many OFFSCREEN exchanges with the strongest Character in the verse.

It is the same reason why he offscreened 1010 Luffy vs Kaido - to show it in another round.
We have seen enough on panel exchange between Imu and Loki, he is merely a stalling device.

are you comparing that with the Imu vs Loki one where we cut back and Imu is still fighting Loki and Loki DETRANSFORMS and then Imu beats him?

Did you forget this btw? Imu isn’t beat full zoan form Loki, Oda had Loki go back to base form after fighting offscreen in full zoan, and then AFTER going back to base that’s when Imu managed to beat him

It does in this instance. We literally see concurrent events.

As loki shoots lightning and ice at Imu, we cut to the strawhats witnessing this and commenting on the level of destruction they are witnessing… and then they start doing other things

I’m not saying like an hour offscreen… I’m saying there are attacks that Loki and Imu exchange offscreen that we do not see… We cut back to this fight and Loki has already been fighting in Base form

Lucci and Zoro had offscreen clashes too… You aren’t going to argue that literally the only attacks that Lucci and Zoro ever exchanged were the ones Oda drew on panel, right?

Anyway my point is that this is only true for Loki… We have seen every single exchange between Imu and Luffy, Gaban, Zoro, Sanji and everyone else… Except Loki… we canonically do not know what Imu vs Loki looks like 100% because of the offscreening
