If y'all had a choice btw Ultra Instinct and FS which would you pick for Sanji?
Personally not gonna lie I'm leaning more towards Ultra Instinct for Sanji not only coz I think it'd fit his fitting style more but also think it'd be more unique.
Also in hindsight when I think back on what Luffy did v Flampe and what Sanji did against Kat, they are similar yet differnt at the same time.
Luffy's was able to subsconciously Flampe's silent needle
However Sanji did not only subconciosuly evade Kat's jellybean attack but he also evaded the priests.
Sanji should've technically been a sitting duck for Kat here coz he knew exactly where he was gonna be after the priest's attack yet he was still able to dodge it.
One lmitation of FS in general which was evident in the Kaido fight was that it doesn't really matter if you can see the future if you're opponent is too quick for you, so basically your potential is limited to your physical capabilities.
So even assuming Sanji could see the future, what he did against Kat was very impressive and given how Oda writes Sanji I wouldn't be surprised if the Kat scene was a foreshadowing of what is to come with Sanji.
