Who is more finished?

They tried big names(van gaal, mourinho) ,guys having history with the club(skoalsjaer,carrick)..Nothing worked:willight:
United needs to rebuild the team from the ground up, and Xavi is good at that; what we are seeing from Flick now was actually laid as a foundation by Xavi.
During the Mourinho era, they were also getting results—if I’m not mistaken, they even won a European trophy.
The other coaches you mentioned aren't the right fit for United.
Admittedly, I considered Mourinho a "finished" coach before he joined United, yet he still managed to get good results; however, his ideas are no longer suited for modern football.

I doubt a rebuild is needed, glazers, ineos, barrada, and Wilcox need to fuck off

man United is doomed as it needs a change and that must start from the high up first before a rebuild

barrada: we will win the premier league in 2028. More like relegated by 2028

I have noticed this few times that when players want a manager gone they deliberately plays shit and loses game which they shouldn't.

With fall fallout between Bruno and Carrick, it's clear that Bruno holds more influence in the dressing room.

They will get Carrick sack.

Unfortunately, many still believes Carrick needs to go but many of ManU players are playing under 3 to 5 manager

Bruno helped the team more than Carrick ever did. He basically carried the team last season

No one, and i mean NO ONE knows what the hell can be done to save manu.

They tried literally everything over the last 10+ years and everything has failed.
It's the lack of stability.

You can't just keep changing couches.

Every coach is different and it'll take time for players to full adapt the system, it will take time for board to get players the coach want. It will also take time for coach to learn and adapt mistakes.

I remember Rashford said Man United is always is transition, too chaotic and unstable for players and Managers to thrive.

You need Time and Money but people too impatient.

They Hyper Pressure and constant microanalyse also didn't help.

They were clearly struggling from past few years until Carrick came and got them into UCL

And, everyone can see that players are putting manager under the bus. This has become a habit now. How many times have we seen the same situation unfolding like rn?

These players including Bruno deliberately plays shit to get manager out. They aren't running or pressing hard enough. I said the same thing in the game against Como - they weren't tracking back, were losing ball and Bruno got benched which led to that interview of his.

When the same batch of players play under 3-5 managers in few years and sacking manager isn't working then perhaps manager isn't the real issue.

Players and board are

As changing adminstration isn't an option then they need to get a manager with a personality and full authority. Decent guys won't cut at all. Managing players ego and interests demand a manager who has that kind of personality and mindset.

Sack directors. These directors are culprits themselves. I won't be surprised if this entire Carrick thing was deliberately done to take off the heat from Martinez - Wilcox situation.

Get rid of Bruno, Martinez and few more. Their contract runs out soon. It's not about them being bad but them playing for their sake rather than for the team.

Build a new team under new manager and give them few years.

Fans in the stadium sang for Carrick and gave stick to the players. Kudos to fans for being fair.

Everyone can see that Carrick was thrown under the bus by Bruno and co by playing like shit.

Carrick might not be the right fit but he isn't the issue here. Ineos and Wilcox needs to go. These players who are on massive salaries yet plays shit needs to go.

Man United post Fergie have been giving players too much power. SAF basically ran a dictatorship

It all started when aging Manu United squad looked down on Moyes and the cycle continues

Yeah!

Maguire was captain last night and he said it clearly - Individually, players aren't being good enough.

Maguire accepted that as a team and individually players are not performing and they back Carrick.

United reminds me of that period when Arsenal were a bunch of losers.
It’s a rough time to be a United fan.
And Bournemouth is a good side, too—I think they even beat Milan in their last match.
Arsenal cannot compete because they have massive stadium debt. ManU are the complete opposite, they have everything but poorly managed.
