The big tree form is not, but that is like a full zoan form for a zoan. Idk, King too couldn't use the sword in his full zoan.

both Zoro and Sanji are now closer to Luffy, the gap is not that much anymore

There still fair size gap thanks to G5 compare to both of them .
For eg as strong as sanji body get luffy punch will just turn it to rubber and give him damage.
Not mention luffy still monster of a tank and still better in all form of haki .

Durability/endurance? He took Imu's AdCoC nuke and still kicking pretty fine while also absorbed a lot of damage from Bellingham later.

Speed? On top of already one of the best speed feats since Wano he basically got "reaction speed" boost by not nerfing himself.

And now straight up top tier AP...

Post-Elbaf Sanji might be deadass stronger feat-wise. It's so over...
