Reborn treats sparing Lord Shimura like a war crime. 💀 Jin could personally hand him the cure for cancer and bro would still press R2.

Shimura was too rigid. He kept on giving priority to honor and legacy over Jin and saving people. He even tried to take glory for what Jin achieved lmao

Sparing his life means Jin will always be hunted by Samurais.

Obviously Shimura isn't that bad. Just too rigid. I didn't feel like killing him as much as I wanted to kill all the ronins and Ryuzo after you know what they did.
