As I said before, every feat in Elbaf will be gigantic.
That's why Gaban cutting the adam tree branch is such a huge deal. A single piece of that branch was dwarfing one of the tallest mountains.

Well Cuz Mainly Oda been giving Sanji the punching bag treatment after timeskip, so the way Oda slowly handles it , s with giving him Character Development.
Out of M3 Oda by far only glaze Luffy and Zoro Power
and now Sanji having one of the best character development on OP and awakens his latents power, he finally realized he is on the same level of strength with Luffy and Zoro ( Oda would still put Luffy>=Zoro>=Sanji but you know what i meant )
I think by far Sanji's power have been explained pretty good than Luffy and Zoro.

Well even in manga you can see the lightning reaching the island directly behind the giant ship, we dont even see the end of the lightning bolt too. How big it truly is? We dont know. And its a casualy flex.
