Sanji is FTL if Killingham was not himself FTL he would not be able to land a hit, Sanji (who can fly) would just dodge.

As for Shiryu, unless he possesses Advanced Conqueror’s Haki (AdvCoC), I don’t think he stands a chance at all—certainly not against Sanji; it’s unlikely that his Armament Haki (CoA) would be effective against Sanji’s body and defenses.
At the moment, it’s difficult for me to predict who the next opponents will be.

I didn’t get a single part where Sanji is using CoC, is he doing it consciously or subconsciously? Because if it’s the later then he’s in the same place as pre-Sommers fight Zoro

Shillew always gets pass as a Zoro opponent because zoro is canonically dumb (and oda made him dumber somehow in elbaf) so even though he seems infinitely weaker than zoro you can imagine he would have trouble against the invisibility fruit.

Killingham has insane reaction speed and time but i dont believe his Combat or travel speed is FTL.
