My point is simple - IMU praised Loki and said he was nearly pushed to his limits.

It's a confession directly from IMU and it matters regardless of whether he has new form or not because it's just speculation rn

There's no better time to be STRONG than right now, but it's too weak, nothing he can do against Imu, he legit got neg/low diff by 1st form Imu.
