Spoiler One Piece Chapter Spoiler 1198 Spoilers Discussion

The reason Sommers and Killingham haven't been taken out yet is obviously because Imu goes down with them.
I was starting to think Imu would still be able to fight even after they were defeated, but apparently it's already a struggle for him to keep fighting as things stand.

The backlash he will suffer is gonna be massive, and he's gonna keep getting his ass kicked by Luffy too...
This will be the first and last time we see him fight. He'll probably need a long time to recover his strength back in MJ, but BB will kill him before he gets the chance. :zehaha:

Izanami works, we know Loki does the tough guy with no feelings schtick based on his call with Mosa. It's pretty much just a vibe thing. Most OP characters play around and like getting hit, which obviously won't work against Itachi. Big Mom and Kaido are the easiest examples imo. Whatever your think on their respective PL's, we all know if he was on the rooftop it would end with them getting PTSD'd, as part of a gimmick where Itachi is always shown humbling egotistical characters. Which is why characters like Shanks, Katakuri etc are the only ones who'd likely win.

observation haki in general, is the perfect tool to fight a Genjutsu user, but we all know how optimal Oda is about it
Haki literally counters special abilities. Strong enough Haki will make any genjutsu null, similar to how Law couldn't move either BM or Kaido with his fruit. Itachi could glare all day at BM and Kaido and will do shit to them, that's how much bullshit and op Haki is as a power system. It's at the same time an amplifier and nullifier of special abilities, meaning my attacks do much more damage than normal white yours are useless just because I will it so type of bulshit. Unless you can throw around nukes willy nilly at them, to counter it you need something of the same level of bullshittery to stand a chance at beating a top tier Haki user.

Good thing I was wrong because, as I said, even #9 was wishful thinking considering how weak he was.
If he keeps powering up, he might become #9 at EOS.

@nik87 @mly90 @Shimotsuki Fenaker @Cruxroux boys remember that cover where the M3 are monkeys and covered in wounds, seems like Sanji and Luffy have got their wounds already from Killingham and Imu but Zoro hasnt gotten those. I am expecting a change of opponents now for Zoro.
I am not falling for Oda's shit this time. I expect the arc to end within 5 chapters.

Imu hinted a time limit after beating Loki, dont know if G5 Zoan will be enough to make Loki retreat and if he retreats maybe ch 1200 will show him going back to MJ completely weakened and he sees Blackbeard there.

They have been hinting at a time limit since the very first time Imu got here.

If you think Oda —one of the slowest mangaka out there— has just introduced a new power-up for a protagonist who isn't even in control of himself at the moment, and that Luffy regaining control, showing off his new power, and vanquishing the enemy are all going to happen in just two chapters... I don't know what to tell you.

You are incredibly optimistic, if anything.

the beginning did not hint a time limit as far as I am tracking other than spitting blood when going to the lower world and transforming. Unless imu confirms it himself in the chapter that he is running out of time.
