About the 6, how can you tell that Imu knows where Luffy/Nika is? From the little text we have I can't find it

He saying "nika" and he is moving in that last panel, not wondering where he is.
Obviously, all interpretation but this means to me he is moving into nikas/luffy direction otherwise him wondering where he vanished too or not moving and looking around would made sense to me
