I already pointed out that it has kizarus laser effects in the previous chapter and in this chapter the last panel it looks like pure light

I would say its solid white or way more white then previously

Honestly I would not look too much into those effects. For me it's just a graphic illustration of the impact of the flames. It's like when people were thinking about how Sanji diable jambe had a star shaped form against Judge or in other instances. For me it's nothing more than artistic interpretation from Oda.

The first is AI upscale that why it looks a bit wobbly like burning flames. The second is the raw and it's perfect smooth, clearly just pure Haki.
