He has the second best Zoan in the arc after Kaido. 8 Heads for the 9 of Asura.
I see him being sort of like Teach is, cowardly and wimpy but strong, otherwise there is no reason for Kaido to prop him up in my opinion, but we don't know yet. He did get the jump on CP-0, even though unharmed.
