I don't think Kawa is as strong as Cracker, but he is IMO near enough to his level for the argument to hold.

The Luffy that had overcome Katakuri while Kawa is close to Snack.
On other hand the same Luffy who we can't say for certain has now better haki than Cracker CoA.
So this shows this logic is flawed. Having Ryou doesn't make >CoA Haki even when they are closer in PLs.

The Boa Sisters are the only fodder that could use Ryuo, I justify Kata and other non Ryuo users having stronger COA than them by pointing out that they are fodder (large gap). This doesn't mean I think everyone stronger than Kawa gets better COA than him just cause they are stronger.

Kawa can in fact have much better COA than Pre Udon Luffy and Kata despite being weaker. The preskip Boa Sisters are fodder by postskip standards — they are the exception not the rule.

Hypothetically, if someone like Dellinger, Lao G or Gladius could use Ryuo I wouldn't have placed them above Cracker; the gap there is very large.

My reasoning implies Post Udon Luffy's COA should be above Post Enma Zoro's. I think that's fair for now. I'm just holding off on assessing Post Enma Zoro's COA because it's the only stat he improved (and I expect much from him).

I don't quite agree with Kawa CoA being better than Cracker when latter was first Luffy opponent specifically hyped for it bt i understand your reasons and i find em reasonable enough that i will use em myself.
Since Luffy is much stronger, have Penetration Haki and if Zoro doesn't hints the same Haki, it would mean Luffy CoA >Zoro CoA haki. 💋

I would just point out one last point before we end it, once a new Skill is introduced, Oda start spamming/giving it to new charcters bt that doesn't mean thy r strongr or their stats are betr than previuss charactrs, hnce charactrs like Katakuri n Cracker didn't had Ryou despite having Good Haki, and most do in Wano. Bt your arguments are reasonable, i can't argue against it besides repeating the same points.

What is this bullshit LOL? I mean I have Dressrosa Zoro's CoA ~ Fishman Island Luffy's CoA but as Luffy progresses and fighting more tough opponents like Doflamingo and Katakuri his CoA is way better than Zoro's CoA now and Post Udon Luffy gain Advanced CoA which make the gap between Zoro and Luffy even bigger LOL.
