Cracker did that with a slashing attack. I’m comparing piercing to piercing. Meaning Doffys nameless awakening strings piercing Luffys haki vs Crackers rolling biscuit which didn’t pierce base Luffy.
Again, that’s gamma knife Doffy who has a significantly weaker durability because every attack does more damage since his bodies completely busted. And Luffys teeth no haki broke through crackers cracker soldiers

The hardness wasn’t crackers haki. It was the hardness of the biscuits.

Bro we see Luffy literally bite through this biscuits with ease after they’ve been softened. If it was the haki, why would softening the biscuit let Luffy eat them.
Crackers haki + Hardness of biscuit is too hard but we physically see Luffys haki block a rolling pretzel the same chapter. Meanwhile Luffys haki couldn’t fully block Doffys strings when they pierced his abdamon in the same spot as cracker attacked.

And him being exhausted doesn’t change the hardness of his haki unless you also believe that Doffy after fighting s country and having his organs destroyed by law also had the hardness of his haki weakened.

Doffys never seen the G4 ability or draw back before? Where did Luffy confirm his haki didn’t fully come back. We as readers have seen Luffy use gear 4 many times now and every time his haki is back to full after the ten minutes. This was just Doffy talking shit.
